Come join the water aerobics usually held on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9am at the Laguna Pool at the Flamingo Marina Resort. There is a group of about 15 that come and go. Most are snow birds that will start departing any time now. We are from Flamingo, Portero, Surfside & neighboring areas.
The pool water is chest high so it is hilarious to see all these women jogging in a circle with their boobs floating at the top of the water bouncing along. Hmmm, there is one guy that continues to work out with our lovely mermaids.
We have our coach that keeps the class structured with full body work outs including use of the noodles which have been supplied. Our coach will be in the states for a couple of weeks but there should be a 'back up' calling the moves.
