My scrabble champion friend, Jennifer, says that when two people play scrabble, then it is 70% skill & 30% chance. Yesterday I could do no wrong. Every draw from the bag was Christmas. I never had too many vowels or consonants at once, the big pointers all came my way, and there happened to be the right openings on the board. Score: 513. Incredible.
