oops, posted the last one before I was finished!!
We went to almost all our restaurants/bars and enjoyed the different atmospheres. Of course we started at the Monkey Bar at our place Flamingo Marina Resort, Mar y Sol for a beautiful sunset and cocktails (photographer taking photos with either Fodors or Frommers for Costa Rica so keep your eye open for us in the next issue), Angelina's for drinks and dinner (Roy's passion fruit martini & frozen mohitos), Marie's for lunch with her consistently great food, Monkey Bar for breakfast with banana pancakes and lunches with tortilla soup, Estela del Fuego for their seafood soup and mahi mahi, Happy Snapper for tuna/shrimp/lobster, Grand Opening with a new chef at Flamingo Beach Hotel with fabulous bocas and a wonderful casino, AND THE BEST was the dorado that Debbie caught and was prepared by Gregory at his B&B Lodge in Poterto. He also served Flemish stew, white asparagus, palmito entradas, with vegetables, salad and bread! We must have all added some pounds. Now back to the grind of our normal daily routine which isn't so bad either :) Life is good.
