What do you do for a birthday friend who cannot have sweets or fruit? Make him a Foie Gras cake with caramelized onions. Bruce's Belgium buddy, Freddy, used his last stash of Fois Gras mousse which he brought back from the best region of France to prepare Bruce's mini cake. Bruce couldn't think of anything better!!!! After blowing out the candles, he barely shared a taste. They rest of us had a delicious pineapple cake. Happy Birthday Bruce!
